Comments: The Boone was one of Hamilton's more popular offerings. Its sleek style and smooth bezel was accented by its coin ribbed sides giving it an overall sophisticated appearance.

The Boone is a member of the "first generation"  to utilize Hamilton's rectangular 980 17-jewel movement.  It was also part of the "curved to fit the wrist" series.

The "curve to fit the wrist" series utilized a two piece case construction with a moisture proof pendant and crown feature.  Gold-filled models included in this series were the Cabot, Nelson, Carson, Calvin and Bartley.

It was offered in two dial variations - 18K applied gold numerals or inlaid black enamel marker and numeral combination (shown). The inlaid black enamel marker and numeral combination dial was the more uncommon of the two offerings.

The Boone was produced in yellow gold-filled only.
