Comments: Referred to as the "poor man's Langley," amongst Hamilton employees, the gold-filled Raleigh sold for half the price of the solid gold Langley and is more squat in style - the Langley is thinner and somewhat more graceful in appearance. Additionally, the Raleigh's case is comprised of three separate parts with the bezel forming a distinct frame around the dial. The Langley case is also comprised of three separate parts, however only the bezel and case back are visible giving the impression of having a two-piece case construction.

There were two variations of the Raleigh Engraved - the "Keystone" variation which utilized "Keystone" styled engravings along the bezel and  the "leaf" variation as seen above.  The Leaf Engraved is the rarer of the two variations.

The Raleigh Plain was produced in yellow, white and green gold filled.
